Primary Purpose:
Responsible for assisting with the handling of all warehouse operations.
Education / Certification:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- CDL or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of your first date of employment.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
Special Knowledge / Skills:
- Good organizational skills

Experience / Other Requirements:
- Experience with Word, Excel, Skyward and Inventory Management.
- Experience driving and operating a forklift.
- Two years’ experience working in distribution or a warehouse environment.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Make daily deliveries to campuses and departments.
- Receive incoming packages (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, USPS and other Delivery Companies).
- Accurately receive items in ERP system (Skyward)
- Sort and Stage received packages for deliveries on respective days.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Fulfill campus and department requests from warehouse inventory.
- Perform periodic cycle counts of warehouse inventory.
- Troubleshoot receiving or delivery issues for campuses and departments.
- Create Asset Tags in ERP system for non-capital items and log as outlined in district procedures.
- Pull and deliver textbooks or other learning material to campuses as requested.
- Replenish consumable learning materials at fiscal yearend to campuses to prepare for the next school year.
- Remove items from campuses and departments as requested.
- Responsible for properly maintaining district records, adhering to all policies set forth by the district for records maintenance and learning the records retention schedule for department records.
- Other duties as assigned.

Equipment Used:
Manual/Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, Electric Life, Hand Cart, Personal Computer, and Delivery Truck.

- Ability to use a forklift, pallet jack, and lift gate.
- Ability to perform physical roles including, walking, standing for long periods, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching and lifting or arranging shipments up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures year-round.
- Ability to drive long distances, use required equipment and maintain district assets.
